Q1 Can I split my hour booking into two half hour bookings?
Sorry no.
Q2 Can I pay cash to the driver?
No. All bookings must be paid in full before the car leaves the garage.
Q3 Can I bring my own drinks?
Yes, but please let us know in advance.
Q4 Can I fit a car seat into the Limo?
Yes you can, but for insurance reasons the driver is not allowed to help.
Q5 Can I pick up at 8 individual addresses?
Yes, but we charge at hourly rates, so be advised that picking up from 8 addresses is likely to take most of your time.
Q6 Do babies count as one of the 8 passengers?
Yes.
Q7 How old do children have to be before they can travel without an adult?
14 years of age.
Q8 Can I alter the times/ destinations of my pick up or drop off on the day?
Unfortunately not, as bookings are allocated to the driver 24 hours in advance and bookings that are taken before and after yours need to be adhered to.
Q9 Can I bring balloons and decorations for a children’s party?
Yes, but they have to be put in the limo when it arrives for your booking.
Q10 Can I get my money back if I cancel?
Unfortunately deposits and payments are non-refundable.
