Prices

Limousine hire is charged at a cost of £95 for the first hour and £55 per hour there after, when it is parked and waiting the time is charged at £30 per hour.

The time is taken from the time the limos leave their garage until the time they return (e.g. if you want to be picked up in Cheltenham and taken to the NEC in Birmingham, have the limo wait for 6 hours and then return you to Cheltenham, you would have 3 hours driving plus 6 hours waiting which would mean the cost of the limousine would be £385).

A non-refundable deposit will be made at the time of booking with the balance due at least one week before an ordinary booking or one month before the date of a wedding or prom night.

Only cancellations in writing will be accepted and the deposit for the hire will not be refunded. Any cancellation within the specified time for final payment will make the total payment non-refundable. The cars are hired out by the hour - all journeys are priced on a time basis - should the journey overrun any excess charge will be charged to the client's credit card at the end of the journey.

Cheltenham Limos reserves the right to change any car booked should they feel the necessity.
