A non-refundable charge made at the time of booking with
the balance being paid at least one week before an ordinary
booking or one month before the date of a wedding or
prom night.
Only cancellations in writing will be accepted and
the deposit for the hire will not be refunded. Any
cancellation within the specified time for final payment
will make the total payment non-refundable.
Cheltenham Limos will be happy to quote at the time
of booking for any weddings that do not fit within
the parameters set out in the price list. Please note
we will levy extra charges if the parameters above
are significantly exceeded.
If the bridal address and church are within a few
miles of each other it may be possible to arrange for
the bridesmaids and brides mother to be taken to the
church in the bridal car before it returns to convey
the bride to the church and this is a service that
could be arranged at no extra cost when booking the
vehicle.
Any changes that are made by the client less than
28 days prior to the booking will be done at a charge
of £25.00 per change for administration.
Cheltenham Limos require that all children under 14
must be accompanied by an adult unless prior arrangements
with the driver have been made.
All Cheltenham Limos vehicles comply with UK traffic
requirements and are taxed and fully insured with,
where required, current M.O.T. certificates.
Cheltenham Limos reserves the right to change any
car booked should there be a necessity of any kind.
